Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once, your order is dispatched, Best Kind Design Yarn Co is not responsible for delays due to postal strikes, or other postal issues beyond its control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, USA, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders to the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Best Kind Design yarn Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you refuse to pay the import fees, the goods will be returned to Best Kind Design Yarn Co., at the customers expense.  Once received back to Best Kind Design Co., a refund will be issued to the customer, less any return shipping and original order shipping costs.

 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bestkinddesign@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We can ship to P.O. Boxes using postal services only.  We are unable to offer courier services at this time, and reserve the right to cancel orders to P.O Boxes that do not utilize postal services.

Change of Delivery Address

If an incorrect delivery address was inputted at time of order, please contact Best Kind Design Co. immediately with the correct address, at bestkinddesign@gmail.com. If notice has been given before the order has been dispatched, we will change the address on the order.  If the notification is given after the order has ben dispatched, Best Kind Design does not assume responsibility, and a refund will not be granted. 

Cancellations

If the customer requests the order be cancelled, and Best Kind Design Co. acknowledges this prior to the order dispatching, then the order will be cancelled and a refund offered. Once the order has been dispatched, customers are invited to refer to our refunds policy for available options.
