Manos del Uruguay was founded in 1968 by 5 women, and their company philosophy is built on the fundamentals of women's empowerment. The company has been a member of the World Fair Trade Organization since 2009, and values for ethics, respect, and transparency.  Now there is even more reason to love this amazing yarn!
